FDLE warns citizens not to take individual action. A qualified attorney can advise on a safe, lawful response to a verified warrant.
No private database or custody promise
Bond Florida does not have confidential law-enforcement database access, cannot confirm that a warrant remains active, and cannot promise that surrender or bond arrangements will avoid custody. Verify the record with the agency and obtain legal advice.
